Ceremony through Reception

Planned, on-site styling and execution of decor from ceremony through reception. Decor is installed according to a defined layout and removed following the event to ensure cohesive execution.
Includes: Faux florals and styling accents; ceremony, cocktail, and reception decor (per scope); setup and breakdown; approved personal item placement.

Cocktail + Reception Styling

Planned styling and execution focused on cocktail-hour and reception spaces. Decor is installed according to a defined layout and removed following the event to ensure cohesive execution.
Includes: Cocktail tabletops; reception tables and centerpieces; sweetheart/head table; cake, bar, and display table decor; faux florals and accents; setup and breakdown.

Ceremony + Cocktail Styling

Planned styling and execution focused on ceremony design and cocktail-hour spaces. Decor is selected in advance, installed according to a defined layout, and removed following the event.
Includes: Faux floral decor for ceremony and cocktail areas; aisle and display styling; cocktail tabletops; bar and food display decor; setup and breakdown.

On-site coordination focused on executing the wedding day as planned. Includes timeline management, vendor communication, and oversight of ceremony and reception flow.

Includes:
• Review of existing plans and vendor contracts
• Identify issues and provide solutions
• Create and manage detailed timelines
• Vendor communication and day-of point of contact
• Rehearsal attendance and management
• Coordinate the wedding day start to finish

Execution of client-provided decor only, based on instructions supplied in advance. This service does not include design, coordination, or decision-making on the wedding day.

Includes:
• Setup and breakdown of client-provided decor
• Execution per provided layout and instructions
• Up to 8 hours total on-site time

Does not include:
• Design creation or revisions
• Decor sourcing or rentals
• Timeline, ceremony, or guest coordination

Additional time beyond 8 hours is billed separately.

Ceremony-only coordination including rehearsal leadership, processional planning, and execution of ceremony flow on the wedding day. 

Officiating services for all couples, including personalized ceremony creation and rehearsal attendance. Marriage license concierge available for non-residents.
