I offer wedding planning, wedding day coordination, and wedding day styling and decor execution. Services are clearly defined and contracted based on scope. 

Styling & execution covers decor setup and breakdown. Coordination covers timelines, vendor communication, and ceremony and reception flow. They are separate services unless contracted together. 

Yes. Decor Setup & Breakdown (Labor-Only) is available for client-provided decor. This service does not include design, coordination, or decision-making on the wedding day.

No. Wedding Planning focuses on planning, logistics, and coordination. Decor setup, styling, and execution are not included unless a styling or execution service is contracted separately.

Wedding Day Coordination begins 60 days prior to your wedding day, focuses on executing existing plans and includes rehearsal involvement. Planning and vendor sourcing are not included. 

No. Officiant services include ceremony creation and officiation only. Ceremony coordination must be contracted separately. 

A Ceremony Coordinator ensures the ceremony runs smoothly by managing the rehearsal, processional order, cues, and flow so everyone knows where to be and what to do, allowing the couple to focus on the moment. 

Rehearsal attendance is included with Ceremony Officiant, Wedding Planning, Wedding Day Coordination, and Ceremony Coordination services. Rehearsal attendance is not included with styling-only services unless contracted separately. 

Structural items (arches, furniture), linens, place settings, and coordination services are not included unless contracted separately. 

Yes. Fresh floral upgrades are available for Styling & Execution services and are priced at wholesale floral cost plus a service upgrade for labor, supplies, and installation. Pricing varies based on selections and availability. 

Services are available nationwide. No additional travel fees apply within Florida. Pricing excludes tax; applicable tax is added at booking.

If you want decor handled, choose styling & execution. If you want the day managed, choose coordination. If you want both, select the combined service. I’m happy to confirm fit before booking. 

Yes, services may be added based on availability and scope. Any additions must be contracted and confirmed in advance and may require updated pricing. 

Booking timelines vary by service and date. Wedding day services are typically booked several months in advance, while planning services may require additional lead time. Early booking is recommended to secure availability. 

Booking begins with a consultation. Following the consultation, a proposal is sent for review. The client must select the desired service(s), which will generate the contract and invoice accordingly. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date and selected services. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the wedding date and must be paid in full.
