Ceremony Officiant

Providing traditional, nontraditional and unique ceremonies for all couples. Personalized ceremonies. Rehearsal attendance. Marriage License Concierge for non-residents. Anywhere in FL - No additional travel fees apply. Services available anywhere in the U.S.
Ceremony Coordination
$475
Ceremony Coordinator provides the ceremony order of events, with execution of ceremony from processional through recessional! Attend and manage rehearsal with the wedding party, couple and officiant. Coordinate ceremony music and cues for processional. Communicate with applicable vendors, related to ceremony. Ensure ceremony decor is setup according to couple's design by setup team. Executes all the details of your ceremony and provides the peace of mind for your stress-free and intimate "I do"!
Day of Decorator
$695
Day of Decorator Duties
- Executes final design layout, setup and esthetics of the decor, all provided by client to decorator, from start to finish.
- Attends a site visit to visualize where you want everything to go, according to layout, and identify potential problems.
- Requires detailed floor plans, layout and design instructions.
- Max 8 hrs for setup and breakdown. IF less than 8 hr to setup and breakdown; additional fees will apply.
- Breakdown of decor only, no janitorial services provided.
Wedding Day of Coordination

Wedding Coordinator Duties
- First, get a handle on what you've planned thus far.
- Review for any potential challenges or issues, provide solutions and suggestions for resolution.
- Review the services contracted with vendors, confirm logistics. Vendor communication and point of contact.
- Detailed timelines for vendors, wedding party and the day's events.
- Completes a final walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites.
- Light day of setup: Max 1hr
- Attends/Manages the rehearsal.
- Coordinates Wedding Day
Wedding Planning

Wedding Planner Duties
- Provides vendor referrals and manages contracts, vendor insurance, etc.
- Schedules and attends vendor meetings, onsite tours, etc.
- Helps determine and manage your budget, as well as tracks deposits and payments.
- Generates day of timeline with vendors and floor plans with venue.
- Brainstorms style ideas and coordinates design details.
- Assists in coordinating hotel room blocks and transportation.
- Manages the rehearsal of ceremony.
- Day of Coordinator as described above.
